ASSEMBLY IS QUICK AND SIMPLE
Unit File Systems use a sturdy steel frame. Vertical posts are L-shaped for single-faced and T-shaped for double-faced configurations. The rails connect to the posts horizontally, which hold the hanging boxes. The equipment goes together quickly and efficiently –– assembly does not require fasteners! And, these systems can be taken apart easily. Your records can remain intact within the plastic boxes, and this makes moving far less disruptive.

FIVE-DEGREE TILT OFFERS ACCESSIBILITY
Unit boxes hang from the system’s heavy-duty steel frame. The downward 5-degree tilt creates a unique stair-step effect, so the system is open and accessible. The files project into the light for better visibility, so the color-coding is vibrant. The spacing between the rows is most generous, which makes it easy to file and retrieve documents.

DESIGNED TO SUIT MANY APPLICATIONS
Unit File Systems are available in 5, 6 and 7 level heights. Both letter and legal sizes are available in light gray or beige. The modularity makes this system ideal for many applications. Flat steel shelves can be incorporated for larger media. Also, convenient work shelves can be added to provide a surface for effective filing operations.

Unit boxes slide easily along the rails. No other system enables such an easy method to back shift records. Folders remain intact within the boxes, and simply slide to a new location when files need to be rearranged.
