SLANT FILES
Slant Files A revolutionary concept in shelf filing, JETER
designed the Slant cabinet specifically for use with color-coded
files. The shelves are parallelogram-shaped, with the slant of the
cabinet causing each folder to extend past the one next to it.
Because you see each folder better–you file faster!
55-Degree-Parallelogram Design Displays Color-Coding At Its Utmost
Having the narrowest depth in the industry, Slant files are thinner
from front to back. Letter size is only 10", legal size is 121/2"
and X-ray size is 15" deep. Work shelves provide a rollout work
surface at the cabinet and allow both hands to be free for filing.
Spacers offer storage for “to be filed” material and “out folders.” SOME
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS
Slant files have unusual dimensions. The first section in any
row is longer than the other sections in the row because each
additional cabinet nests into the cabinet next to it.

SUPERSTAX (Letter-size) FILES
SuperStax is the newest development in filing cabinets at JETER.
After 20 years, we have redesigned the Stax system for letter-size
filing into what we call our new “SuperStax.” Shelf Edges Have Been
Reduced To Create Larger Vertical Openings For Greater Access To
Your Folders The first change we made was to remove all of the shelf
lip edges. The front shelf lips on the Stax file are 3⁄8". Now they
have been reduced to the thickness of hemmed metal, which means that
the vertical openings of all JETER SuperStax files are greater.
There are no edges at the front to catch file folders going in and
out of the file. This unique design allows far greater access
when filing or retrieving folders. SuperStax provides a clearance of
10 1⁄4" for standard 9 1⁄2"
high end tab folders. Many systems only provide 9 3⁄4"
which is too close for fast filing.
