For utmost
rolling
stability,
we
incorporate
four wheels
and two
tracks. Our
mobile
systems use
hardened
31/4" steel
guide wheels
for maximum
ease of
operation.
Flanged
wheels guide
along the
front rail,
and flat
wheels are
used to roll
along the
rear rail.
Each wheel
is equipped
with dual
factory
sealed ball
bearings,
rated to
provide for
weight loads
of 1,325
pounds.

We make sure
your system
is perfectly
level to
prevent the
cabinets
from
drifting
during use.
The
weight-bearing
tracks are
supported
their entire
length and
simply will
not permit
flex under
heavy weight

Our carriages are
made from heavy
gauge aluminum
extrusions. These
structures absorb
shock as the filing
cabinets reach the
rubber end stops.
The welded frame
includes an L-shaped
containment for
cabinets to nest
within the frame.
And, since aluminum
is 10 times stronger
by weight than
steel, our carriages
are stronger and
more durable than
steel carriages used
by competitors.
