Controls

From the simplest up/down manual controls to fully automated operation through the Vertical Carousel Interface Terminal and host PC, controls packages can be configured to handle any situation. The 2400 vertical carousel controller is fully compatible with all White Systems software packages and allows interconnection with existing inventory management systems.

Standard Features

Frame: Bolt-together modular design. Fully welded side frames and chain tracks. Built-in leveling feet and anchor clips.

Pans: Single tier clear pan. Single or dual access depending on application.

Main opening: 22 inch high opening at front of unit. Manually operated bi-parting door with key lock latch.

Counter: Mounted below main opening at a height of 40 inches from floor. Brushed stainless steel finish.

Service opening: Lockable access panel below counter.

Controller: Internally mounted unit is located in the base of the carousel. NEMA-12 style enclosure houses microprocessor control and motor drive.

Operator interface terminal: Centrally mounted keypad with manual E-stop, enable, and jog buttons.

Safeties: Lockable disconnect switch, E-stop buttons, touch bars, infrared photo eyes, access panel interlock switches, and motor overload.

Drive motor: 3.0 hp or 5.0 hp continuous duty AC or DC gear motor with spring-set brake.

Conveyor mechanism: Heavy duty scissor arm assemblies. Fully enclosed stabilizer track. Three-piece drive shaft. Load chain safety factor: 7.

Finish: Powder coat champagne exterior with powder coat champagne pans. Special colors available.

Optional Features

Pans:  Bolted or welded tiers, dividers, special fixturing, and 800 pound capacity available. Pan pitches can be mixed.

Automatic door: Pneumatically operated door activated through controller.

Light curtain: Provides additional coverage of main access opening. Required with automatic door option.

Clean room: Units can be configured to run in Class 10,000 to Class 10 environments. Load port available for semiconductor applications.

Dust cover: Three-piece steel top cover.

Lighting: Fluorescent down lights.
