A charge-out form on the out-guide names the borrower of the record and notes the date the record left the file area. The out-guide clearly indicates where to return file folders that have been removed from the system, so refiling is both fast and accurate, saving valuable time. Most Jeter out-guide folders contain a pocket to hold documents. Once a file folder is returned to the system, the documents can be transferred directly into the permanent folder. Jeter out-guide folders are available in a variety of colors. These colors can be used to signify certain weeks of the month, specific departments or whatever meets your organization’s needs.
